Jamshid is the Managing Director of Avestar Advisory India, a Multi-Family Office and Global Financial Advisory boutique focusing on cross border financial service solutions. Prior to Avestar, Jamshid was the founder and Managing Partner– at Heritage India Advisory, an India focused hedge fund catering to foreign institutional capital looking to invest in the Indian Financial Markets. Prior to Heritage, Jamshid also worked with Merrill Lynch, Citibank and HDFC Asset Management, in India and in the US. Jamshid holds a degree in Finance and Psychology from Franklin and Marshall College, USA. He was a National level squash player both in the Junior and Masters category, and captained the Franklin and Marshall Division 1 squash team for two years. Jamshid is married to his Wife, Kayan and they have two children Tiana and Zane.

Vikram brings a unique combination of investment management and entrepreneurship experience to Avestar. He has worked in investment research for a Boston based hedge fund and has cofounded two startups. He holds an MBA from Babson College and is a CFA charter holder. His passions outside work include basketball, meditation and picking stocks using a value investing framework.

Rahil Thanawala joined Avestar Advisory LLP as Associate Vice President - Business Development. Post Graduation in Bachelors in Management Studies at Nirma Institute, Rahil joined Weizmann Forex Ltd, a leading AD-2 player in India where he was pushing for Premium Corporate Acquisition. In his career at Weizmann Rahil boosted Corporate sales by on-boarding many 'A' category clientele and also a list of Ultra HNI's which boosted their turnover by 25 crores. After ending his 7 year stint with Weizmann he has joined hands with Avestar Advisory.

Dunstan joined Avestar Advisory LLP as Head of Operations. Previously he worked at Heritage India Advisory as the Head of Client servicing. He was also part of the operations and compliance team for Heritage. Prior to joining Heritage India Advisory, he worked with Citibank N.A, Mumbai for the last 12 years. While at Citibank he functioned in various roles ranging from head of Service to Operations, Credit, and Compliance. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Bombay.
